The laughter exercise of the month for March is Melting Laughter. This exercise helps bring positivity into change and transition. For this exercise, we are going to pretend like we are a snowman because spring is here and we are starting to melt a little bit. So make yourself nice and wide with your hands and your feet, like you are a big tall snowman. And then start by just laughing in a joyful way and then as you start to melt to ground as spring gets warmer you are going to contort your body and begin to laugh sillier and sillier as you melt towards the ground Alright, ready?
